We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
However, the consumer is permitted to exchange goods on the condition that the goods are returned in new, unworn condition with presentation of original receipt within 7 days. Where the consumer exchanges the goods, the consumer bears all costs of delivery and transportation.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We will assess the goods for manufacturing faults.
In the event a minor fault is established, we will repair the goods.
In the event we are unable to repair the goods, or a major fault is established, the consumer may elect to:
1. replace the goods with goods of the exact same value; or
2. receive a refund.
Proof of Purchase
To exercise rights related to a repair, replacement or refund the consumer will be required to present a receipt or other proof of purchase. The consumer may need to provide more than one proof of purchase to support their claim – for example, when a credit card statement does not clearly itemise the goods.
POSTAGE AND/OR TRANSPORATION COSTS
As mentioned above, if the consumer believes the goods are faulty, we will need to assess the goods before we can repair or replace them or issue the consumer a refund.
The consumer is responsible for the initial costs associated with returning the goods if the goods can be posted or can be easily returned. We will compensate the consumer for the consumer’s reasonable postage and/or transportation costs if we are satisfied the goods are faulty. To this end, the consumer must retain receipts that evidence the reasonable postage and/or transportation costs incurred by the consumer in returning the goods.
If the goods are too large, too heavy or too difficult to remove, we will bear the costs associated with transporting the goods or will collect the goods within a reasonable time of being notified of the problem.
The consumer’s right to return the goods is not in any way affected by the goods not being returned in their original packaging or wrapping.
Before the goods are returned, we will provide the consumer with an estimate of any transport or inspection costs that apply if we are of the view that the goods are not faulty.
Any goods we supply by way of sample to the consumer are non-refundable.
In the event the consumer purchases further goods based on the sample so supplied, the consumer retains all rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
