Front-End Web Developer

We are Australia’s fastest growing Manufacturing and Brand Development agency (according to the Australian Financial Review), and we are on the hunt for a passionate, switched on Front-end Web Developer who is looking for their next challenge.

In this role you will be a detail-orientated ecommerce rockstar who can manage multiple projects, some knowledge of back-end would be a strong bonus! The scope of this role is broad, working with a range of customers on building out ecommerce websites that are aesthetically aligned with the brand and help them achieve business objectives.

You will be working on the creation of online platforms using mainly Shopify, and Wordpress. Alongside the digital marketing design and accounts team. We're looking for a web developer who knows how to problem solve, has a strong creative eye for pixel perfect implementation, understands the complex world of ecommerce and knows how to get results.

Our Mid-Weight Front-End Web Developer will be able to confidently:

  • Convert designs (psd, ai, or indd) into fully responsive ecommerce websites.
  • Develop themes for CMS's - mainly Shopify & Wordpress but sometimes others.
  • Communicate technical issues to Account Managers in plain English to resolve client problems.
  • Be hands-on with theme and plug-in development with HTML, CSS, PHP and JS.
  • Comfortable with basic server management - database creation, migrating sites and managing DNS settings.
  • Can handle multiple priorities and confidently prioritise and communicate

Your background:

  • The fundamental requirement to this role is attention to detail - pixel perfection.
  • A good command over HTML5, CSS, PHP, Javascript & Wordpress with a minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Shopify & Wordpress knowledge is essential
  • Previous experience with the Zoho Suite would be a bonus but not essential
  • Need to have a positive "can do" attitude with a desire to extend over existing skill set and come up with solutions.
  • Great troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Logistics and Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a driven passionate individual, someone who has a strong desire to learn in an entrepreneurial business and has strong administration and organisation skills to join them in the role of Logistics and Administration Coordinator.

The Logistics and Administration Coordinator is responsible for controlling warehouse inventory, logistics coordination and general office management and administration duties.

This is a broad support role, where a high achiever who is focused on attention to detail and delivering results in a timely fashion is key. Strong administrative skills, commercial thinking and a customer-centric approach is crucial. You will be the point of contact for customers of our distribution partners, ensuring questions are answered and orders are dispatched in a timely order.

Your role is responsible for:

  • Supporting the COO with reporting, administration and adhoc duties
  • General office management duties
  • Order fulfillment, processing returns and liasing with couriers
  • Warehouse management – including maintaining accurate stock records, stocktaking, and general organisation
  • Support to cross functional teams with project based work

To succeed in this full time permanent role you will have one to two years’ experience within customer service, office support, or stock management for a Wholesale/Retail apparel brand previously. The most important qualities we look for are someone who is driven to succeed, a self-starter who applies common sense thinking to situations and someone who is happy to work on a broad range of projects.
